Randstad is partnering with an upper-tier contractor in an exciting phase of significant national expansion. This company is incredibly diverse in project scope and would suit someone with a portfolio of pricing packages across Defence, Mining, and large-scale Industrial projects.

The Scope of the Role

As a senior member of the pre-contracts division, your focus will be on the end-to-end delivery of complex bids developing precise, competitive, and sustainable pricing models.

Your involvement doesn't end at the submission; you will play a key role in the project handover, ensuring the delivery teams have the clarity and documentation needed on-site.

Your Professional Profile

• Years of estimating experience within the Australian market, specifically within civil, remediation, or heavy industrial sectors.
• A formal qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering is essential.
• You are highly competent in Expert Estimation (Pronamics) and Bluebeam, with the ability to build transparent and structured pricing models.
• Well versed in engaging with subcontractors to produce accurate, compliant scopes of work.
• You understand commercial risk, profitability margins, and the importance of thorough RFI processes.
• You are as comfortable presenting a tender to a board as you are discussing technical details with a site foreman.
• Experienced building tenders on projects in the ten's of millions.
